letter templates

Resolver has a number of letter templates within the system which you can use to help create and communicate your complaint at all stages as that is what resolver does, help you handle your issue. However, we do not deal with everything and thought it would be helpful to give you access to templates for other situations.

letter abbreviations

enc. – means enclosed so if you want to include something with the letter or email you should note at the bottom what you have included just in case it gets lost.

c.c. – means carbon copy, this is an old term from the time of typewriters when a piece of carbon paper was used to make a copy of a letter. This you can put at the bottom of a letter to show who you are also sending the communication to. Remember to put the name and organisation who you are sending it to.
